Sollert is an analytics platform that produces calibrated probability predictions for football player prop markets (yellow cards, fouls, tackles, shots, goals, and assists). Sollert is operated by Sollert Ltd (company number 17117236), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 12 Cardiff Street, Barrow-In-Furness, United Kingdom, LA14 3AQ.

Sollert is not a betting operator. We do not accept bets, hold customer funds, or execute wagers on behalf of users. We provide information only.

All predictions, edge scores, Kelly staking recommendations, and other outputs produced by Sollert are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to bet.

Past model performance does not guarantee future results. Betting always carries the risk of losing money. Only bet what you can afford to lose.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Sollert. By accessing the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Sollert does not knowingly provide services to anyone under the age of 18.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on a rolling basis.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Sollert does not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
• Pricing is shown in GBP inclusive of any applicable VAT.
• Sollert reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You agree not to:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense any Sollert content or outputs
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from Sollert
• Use Sollert in any way that violates applicable law
• Share your account credentials with others

All model outputs, predictions, edge scores, and analytical content generated by Sollert are the intellectual property of Sollert Ltd. You may use outputs for personal betting decisions only. Commercial use requires written permission.

Your use of Sollert is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sollert Ltd shall not be liable for any betting losses, financial losses, or other damages arising from your use of or reliance on Sollert's predictions or outputs.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Sollert in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of Sollert after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
