3. Why we use your data

4. Legal basis (UK GDPR)
- Contract — processing required to provide your subscription

5. Data storage
Your account data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Railway (UK/EU region). Payment data is processed and stored by Stripe — we never hold raw card details.
6. Retention
We retain your data while your account is active, plus 2 years after closure, unless you request earlier deletion. Financial records may be kept for 7 years for tax purposes.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
